You only turn 21 once, so you'd better get turnt! In the comedy 21 & Over (2013), strait laced college student Jeff Chang (Justin Chon) is turning 21 but decides to spend his birthday preparing for a very important med school interview that he has the next day. But his two best friends have other ideas. College bros Casey (Skylar Astin) and Miller (Miles Teller) convince Jeff that they should all go out for one drink, but when they go to the bar Jeff gets hammered and passes out. Looking to take him home, Casey and Miller realize they don't know where he lives. From fighting with Latina sorority girls and committing grand theft auto to accidentally hitting a dude with a dart and having to flee for their lives, Casey and Miller's quest to get Jeff home before his big interview is a zany, shenanigans filled night. After reading the synopsis, it might not surprise you to hear that the writers and directors of this one, Jon Lucas and Scott Moore wrote the screenplay to The Hangover (2009). That one let us see what Ken Jeong had hanging between his legs, but this one doesn't go quite as far. In one scene, Justin Chon ends up wearing only a woman's bra as he runs nude down the street.
