Any Day Now (2012)

A gay couple struggles to retain custody of their foster child in Any Day Now (2012). Rudy (Alan Cumming) and Paul (Garret Dillahunt) are a couple living in 1970s Los Angeles who take in Marco (Isaac Leyva), a mentally handicapped teen abandoned by his addict mother. When the authorities threaten to remove Marco from their home, Rudy and Paul band together to have their relationship--and their family--acknowledged by a biased court system.
