Look Both Ways (2022)

Another “what if” rom-com in the vein of Sliding Doors, the Netflix film Look Both Ways follows Natalie (Lili Reinhart) on two diverging life paths after she has a one-time fling with her college friend Gabe (Danny Ramirez). One Natalie gets pregnant and is forced to give up her dream career in animation to stay in Austin and raise her child, and the Natalie who didn’t get pregnant moves to Los Angeles and meets the handsome Jake (David Corenswet) who helps her gets a job working for her Hollywood idol. Complications ensue in both worlds, although the pregnancy timeline is slightly darker, but they both conclude in relatively the same way. It’s hard to pick between Danny and David as they are both scrumptious, but we might have to give the reveal of Danny's ripped torso a slight edge here.
