Prisoners of the Ghostland (2021)

Prisoners of the Ghostland (2021) is a really wild action film and it stars Nicolas Cage, so you probably have an idea of where it might go. Or rather, you have no idea where it might go and that is the point of most modern projects that Nicolas Cage chooses. This film is no different! Sion Sono directs this fantastical film in which a notorious criminal has to fight against an evil curse so that he can rescue an abducted girl in the frontier city called Samurai Town. A wealthy warlord called The Governor hires the criminal, Hero, to save his granddaughter Bernice who is mysteriously missing. Hero is offered freedom in exchange for finding the girl and finding out what happened to her. Not only that, but to ensure that he will complete his mission in a timely manner he is put in a leather suit that will self-destruct in three days unless he finds her. How crazy does that sound? Nicolas Cage plays Hero and Sofia Boutella plays Bernice and the two of them make this movie worth watching - especially Nicolas Cage. When he is released from jail, we get to see his booty cheeks because he only wears a little loincloth thong. It's more like a Sumo wrestler's towel, but whatever it is he looks good in it. He is brought out of the jail and paraded into the town square with his buttcheeks out. Send us to jail because we think this Nic Cage look is HOT!
