Whether the name Jonah Hill brings to mind a chubby teenager in a brown Western shirt, a pink-sweatered preppy dick, or a svelte guinea pig in an experimental trial, you know who this curly haired actor is, and you’ve got a favorite role. From (as noted above) Seth in Superbad (2007), to the Oscar-nominated role of Donnie Azoff in The Wolf of Wall Street (2013), to Owen Milgrim in the Netflix mini-series Maniac (2018), Jonah has played a variety of characters, and dressed the part for each one. In Wolf, he even became a little undressed, whipping out his member for a little public masturbatory celebration of hot bodies at a party, although said member was actually a prosthetic. (But one imagines the fake might be close to the original…) Starting out as a funny man, Jonah has carved an interesting path through Hollywood, jumping back and forth from serious flicks to goofy roles. Case and point, he made his film debut with a small role in the existential comedy I Heart Huckabees (2004) before moving on to portray an eBay customer in The 40-Year-Old Virgin(2005). Jonah brought his unique kind of humor to comedy flick Accepted (2006), 10 Items or Less (2006), and Knocked Up (2007)—one of Mr. Man’s favorite films. We think Jonah is super-hot, especially when he brings out his artsy side like he did in the dark comedy Cyrus (2010), his Oscar-nominated performance in Moneyball (2011), and in Django Unchained (2012). There’s the whole animated kid-friendly How To Train Your Dragon movie franchise (2010, 2014, 2019), and The Lego Batman Movie (2017). And there’s also the dramedy Don’t Look Up (2021), which reunited him with his Wolf co-star Leonardo DiCaprio. Full circle complete.
