Joe also portrayed real-life bassist Peter Hook of Joy Division in the biopic Control (2007). But his big break came when he was cast in Julie Taymor’s Across the Universe (2007). The PG-13 romance features Jim Sturgess, Evan Rachel Wood, the music of The Beatles, and Joe’s naked T&A! The sight of the skintastic actor’s fab flesh underwater makes us want to hold more than his hand! Shirtless turns in the R-rated thrillers A Single Shot (2013) and Horns (2014) followed. The same can be said of Joe’s topless role in My Father Die (2016) which includes views of his sexy skivvies! Through the years, the busy bloke appeared in horror flicks (The Ruins, The Crazies, The Reckoning, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2); adventure pics (Hercules, The Grey, Cold Blood, Backdraft 2); and television shows (Hannibal, The Divide, Outsiders).
