Wall of Secrets (2003)

Dean McDermott - not related to Dylan McDermott or Dermot Mulroney - plays a young architect named Mark Emerson who has just moved him and his wife Paige to Chicago, the land of Mr. Man. They have a great apartment for cheap rent, which turns out to be because all the previous tenants have disappeared or died. (Bummer.) Paige starts hearing voices in the walls and then a masked assailant attacks her, and still Mark remains skeptical of her claims. It's not his best move, as they're being watched at all time through cameras in the walls, but Dean DOES take off his shirt several times.
