The Idea of You (2024)

It's been too long since Anne Hathaway sexed up a heartthrob in a romantic comedy, and that's a shame. After all, we have Anne to thank for Jake Gyllenhaal's iconic shirtless and nude scenes in 2010's Love And Other Drugs. So what is she up to this time? In The Idea Of You Hathaway plays a single mom who just hit the big 4-0. Stella gets her groove back in the best way possible - by shacking up with a world-famous boy band member, Hayes Campbell (Nicholas Galitzine). Her character Solène has a chance encounter with Hayes when chaperoning her teen daughter at Coachella. Despite her chemistry with Hayes, Solène soon finds that the spotlight isn't all it's cracked up to be. It's giving Notting Hill vibes, and unfortunately, this is a girl standing in front of a boy who is not naked. At the same time that The Idea Of You was released, Nicholas Galitzine was appearing nude (and having gay sex) in Mary & George, so the winner here is clear.
